The quality of your marketing business strategy and product design is directly related to the quality with which you fully understand your consumer.
What I found is that most businesses think they know their consumer but they’re basing it largely on assumptions that are informed by the people in the room that they’re in.
If you truly want to succeed not only in growing your business but in helping your customers solve the problem that you solve then it begins with fully understanding your consumers. You have to do the hard work of asking them, learning from them and then shifting your business and marketing to serve them based on what actually motivates them.
