Sometimes as business owners we look up and realize… we’ve got a lot of bad customers. How did that happen? Now, I’ve got to go and fire customers. That’s never fun.
It’s easy to blame the customer, and there might be some truth there. But it’s most productive to look at your own culture and systems to see what went wrong.
In my opinion, a customer problem actually begins with a culture problem. What you don’t know is that your culture bleeds through into the sales and marketing process too.
